A new novel that dares to go where no man has gone before.
That explores a world that man fears exists.
A world within a world.
They wanted to save the world.
Instead they had to save themselves!
A new novel in the Journey to the Center of the Earth series.

No matter which way you slice it, in our three dimensions of height, depth and width...four, if you count time...fractals are apparently a series of equations that are interpreted in terms of RGB values (Red, Green and Blue) and displayed on computer screen monitors as various incredible designs, some hauntingly familiar...like snowflakes, and some so bizarre that they appear to be out of a nightmare (Mandelbulber fractals.)
I personally find the fractal flame to be the most interesting of the new fractals, in that it disperses light in a way that is both ethereal and angelic in many ways.
I've always envisioned angels as these beings made of pure light...not human forms....but vast and coherent energy forms that descend to our dense vibration, call it Earth, and help those in need and are willing to accept it, and even sometimes those who are not willing.
But in this case fractal flames are a come one, come all type of entity in that they are just plain out there, beautiful, bold and hypnotic in their appeal.
What I suspect, but scientists haven't confirmed yet, but perhaps some day will, is that fractal flames are the harbingers of parallel worlds, maybe even universes where unique beings and worlds exist. Just because our explorations so far has been limited to RGB values, doesn't mean that's the only exploration possible
For instance in my Chesterton K series of stories I explore the concept that man is able to side step...a way of traveling from our world to that of the fractals....from Earth to a parallel or contiguous point in space and time inhabited by fractal universes.
Chesterton K _is not so dissimilar from our own Einstein, who conjectured that space and time could be bent to touch one another so travel across time and space could be instantaneous. Who's to say that another man, equally as visionary, has not already done such calculations, and perhaps even manifested them physically as Chesterton has in my stories.
For that matter, who's to say that my stories are not just fiction, but in fact depictions of actual events that have occurred?
But taking a more pragmatic, and perhaps limited view of fractal flames, maybe they are nothing more than beautiful visions of what could exist and if such, then collecting the angelic visions in documents such as my own The Star Child is as close to their reality as we mortals will ever get.
Kind of on the slow side this weekend.
Teaching middle school is a real drain at times, and this seems to be one of them.
I've got about a dozen novels and stories in the works, but just no energy on doing them right now. Sorry. When I get hooked back up to my normal energy levels I'll be posting more.
Looking forward to summer.
Below is some fun stuff for your eyes.
When a gentlewoman is found dead with her throat torn out, the villagers blame a supernatural monster, but Sherlock Holmes, who gets drawn into the case from nearby Quebec, suspects a human murderer.
